Women empowerment program

In Nepal’s rural areas many of the women are illiterate and unsure, in our women empowerment program we aim to change this on a large scale. Our focus points are mostly on teaching women to stand up for them self and to teach them how to speak English, create a business, manage accounts and income generating skills.
As a volunteer for our Women empowerment program you will participate in programs teaching young women all the necessary skills to progress in a modern world. We expect you with help of our local teams to create activities, lessons and research to help improve this dire situation in Nepal.
By empowering the women of Nepal we believe to increase their chances on a happy and successful life. With the local women community you will be discussing points such as income generation, language, family health and women’s rights.
It takes time to learn how the rural communities work before you will be able to change or guide the women, but with help of our team soon you will understand how life works in these rural communities and you will be able to put forth a plan that will help the local women in their struggle for independence.
